verhkrys sent: I'm not sure which of your characters have lost anyone dear to them, but in cases where people have died and the causes weren't natural how did they feel about it? Did they ever feel something was indirectly or directly their fault? Did they ever feel betrayed? (And who have your characters lost who were dear to them?)Dartak accidentally caused the death of his dog, Chester and ever since then has been kind of shocked and may sometimes reference to that event when he’s not all that there. He blames himself and it quite guilty about it. Later on he lost Ve when Ilrosos killed her. He felt betrayed, but by Ilrosos who just sorta snapped and basically tortured her for a while. He places all the blame on Rosey, but feels like he could have done something about it as well. I can’t think of anyone else right now that lost someone who they actually care about/that wasn’t natural. Thanks for the question, Ariel
